- Venue rental includes the period from 1 hour before the start of the performance until the end of the performance.
- Rental fees are generally assessed based on the number of performances.
- Amenities fees are not included
- Demonstrations and public rehearsals are equivalent to theater tickets.
- Late-night performances (after 22:00) will be charged 50% of the performance fee.
- What's included by default in a performance fee
- Stage and seating for the audience.
- Rental of dressing rooms (up to 9 rooms): Available for the performance venue and within 2 days of the performance preparation period.
- Safety personnel (based on an 8-hour workday).

- In the case of renting for performance preparation, the preparation rental fee applies regardless of whether it is during the preparation period or the performance period.
- Overnight use is generally not allowed, but in unavoidable circumstances, it can be arranged for rental.
- Cooling or heating expenses will be charged during the preparation rental.

- Overnight use is generally not allowed, but in unavoidable circumstances, it can be arranged for rental.
- No additional rental fee will be charged for withdrawal operations within 1 hour after the performance.
- Cooling or heating expenses will be charged during withdrawal rental (Established on November 28, 2016).

Reduction of rental fees
- Performances sponsored or organized by the government or Daegu Metropolitan City may be exempt from the basic facility rental fee.
- For renters who are local arts organizations located in Daegu Metropolitan City or Gyeongsangbuk-do, and whose businesses are for pure artistic activities and educational projects, rental fee may be applied within the limit of 50% of the basic rental fee. However, rental fees for Ancillary facilities must still be paid.
